shopSand.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We guarantee all our products. If your jewelry is damaged or lost, we may be able to replace stones, wire or missing mates for a percentage of the original cost.
If your ring size is incorrect, send us the ring with the correct ring size and we will happily adjust the band.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges, EXCEPT for the following reason.
Damaged / Defective Goods:
At shopSand.com, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine semi precious gemstones. Therefore, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at therese@sandjewelry.com to be eligible for an exchange.
Damaged / Defective Goods Procedures:
- Please fill out information on the bottom part of your receipt with our return information.
- Place your items to be returned with the completed return receipt on top.
- Return shipping address will be included on the original packing receipt. You may also call or email us at any time to get this information.
- Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
- Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.

U.S. Shipping Methods and Rates
For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make a
purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States.
Domestic Ground Shipping
- $8-12 Ground Shipping on all orders within the United States, based on dollar amount purchased
- Delivery within in 5-7 business days, using USPS
- Delivery within 3-4 business days
- Signature may be required
- Weekend delivery may not be available
